Can I change or cancel my order?
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need help (such as updating a size or shipping address), please contact us as soon as possible at service@apnhkofficial.com with your order number.

I placed an order but didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still don't see it, contact us at service@apnhkofficial.com and we'll confirm your order status.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to view order history, save your shipping information, and track your orders more easily.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Availability may vary depending on your location.

Do you offer discount codes?
We may offer promotions from time to time. Please note:

  • Only one discount code may be used per order unless stated otherwise
  • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Delivery timeframes depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to many regions worldwide. If your destination is not available at checkout, please contact us at service@apnhkofficial.com and we will do our best to assist.

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. These charges are not included in your purchase total and are the responsibility of the customer.

My order is delayed — what should I do?
Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or customs processing. If your order appears delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will help you track it.

My tracking says "delivered" but I didn't receive my package.
Please check around your delivery location, with household members, neighbors, or your building's front desk. If you still cannot locate it, contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also email us and we will assist where possible.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible garments that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. For full details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I return worn or washed items?
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered (e.g., items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, or removed hygienic liners).

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at service@apnhkofficial.com with your order number and clear photos of the garment, the defect/tag, and packaging. We will review your request and assist as quickly as possible.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Are your garments designed for everyday wear?
Our clothing is designed for everyday wear when used and cared for as intended. Please read the product description and check the sizing guide before use. If you have skin sensitivities or allergies (e.g., to certain fabrics or dyes), we recommend checking the materials/specifications listed on the product page before purchasing.

What fabrics are your clothes made of?
Materials vary by garment (for example: cotton, linen, silk, wool, synthetics, and blends). The fabric composition and key specifications are listed on each product page. If you need confirmation for a specific item, email us the product name or link at service@apnhkofficial.com.

Do your garments have a smell when first opened?
Some clothing items — especially those with specific dyes, treatments, or shipped in sealed polybags — may have a slight odor when first opened. This usually fades after airing out in a well-ventilated area for 24–72 hours or after the first wash.

How should I wash and care for my garments?
Care depends on the item:

  • Always check the care label attached to the inside of the garment before washing
  • Wash with like colors and avoid harsh bleaches unless the care label explicitly allows it
  • To prevent shrinking, air dry or tumble dry on low heat when applicable
  • Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent color fading

Do the photos accurately represent the garment's color and fit?
We do our best to display our clothing accurately. However:

  • Slight color differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings
  • Manual measurement and fabric stretch may result in minor size differences

Do you provide sizing assistance?
